Emily’s City, Flower Field, and Woodsy Fall Senior Pictures

Sweet Emily’s senior session had all of the variety!! She dreamed of having both urban, city photos mixed with beautiful flower fields. I’m so happy that all of her locations worked out so flawlessly. We began her session downtown Grand Rapids, in front of beautiful buildings. I absolutely LOVED the matching set that she had on! It went perfectly with the urban location and she looked so chic! Downtown Grand Rapids offers so many great locations for photos, so we did a bunch of walking to get to all of the pretty spots! I love the photos with the cityscape in the background, they’re so unique and vibrant!

After we walked all over Grand Rapids, we drove to the location for Emily’s beautiful nature photos! We were able to get SO much variety at this location as well. We started in a beautiful field of flowers and we were lucky enough to have both gorgeous coneflowers and black-eyed susans. Late July in Michigan is so great for these flower fields. Her white dress was absolutely perfect for them too! I absolutely adored her matching set for the photos we were able to grab with the covered bridge and the river as well. Those photos are some of my favorites from the day, they’re so whimsical. We also hopped around to a red barn and big bridge too- like I said, soooo much variety! I love how all of her photos are so different.

Emily also had a fall mini session included in her Senior Experience so we got to meet up again in October to get some fall colors. The rows of pine trees, golden fields, and goldenrod gave us a great taste of fall. We had so much fun during both of her senior sessions and she is going to go on to do incredible things!!
