Nadia - Lavender Fields and the Beach Senior Pictures

I was SO excited when Nadia reached out to me saying she had always dreamed of doing her senior pictures in a lavender field! I had always wanted to do a session in a lavender field so it was a perfect match!! We planned her July session for a lavender field in west Michigan and we had such a lovely time! The lavender field was absolutely stunning and there was even a little wildflower field, some woods, and even peacocks there too! I love when one location has so many different spots within it! It’s so awesome to be able to get a lot of variety in one spot!

After the lavender farm we headed to Lake Michigan to get some beach photos at sunset! The paths through the tall beach grass and the lighthouse were so picturesque. It was the perfect location for photos! There were so many seagulls on the beach that we got in a few photos too! We ended up having a gorgeous pink and orange sunset and it matched Nadia’s pink dress perfectly!! It’s always the best feeling to get into the lake at the end of the session to get photos in the water! There’s nothing else like a beach night during a Michigan summer!

Then, we got to meet up again in the fall for Nadia’s fall session! Nadia was such a trooper doing a sunrise session on a chilly October morning. We moved all around the location we were at the get photos with the old stone, tall golden grass fields, the fall leaves, and the row of pine trees. I love the diversity that Nadia’s entire session has between all of her summer and fall photos! She is so kindhearted, curious, considerate, and is going to be so successful in anything she does!
